        Intelligent patrol inspection:

        Advanced program control:

        Using the "multivariable control" technology of Aspen DMC software to reduce the unit consumption of ethylene and steam, when producing ethylene oxide, it can save 2.5kg of ethylene per ton and 0.82 tons of steam per hour, saving about US $1 million a year.

        PI (plant information system) system:

        By collecting the company's DCS, LIMS, PLC, LDAR, MES, sap and other system data, an efficient real-time database and digital model management are established for each product, and the data are visualized and graphical. Users can establish an exclusive graphical interface to meet the needs of cross platform monitoring data and mobile management, and improve the supervision and efficiency of information management.

        MES + smart Logistics:

        Use the material information to plan the route, accurately guide each vehicle to the designated warehouse according to the license plate recognition, and control the people and vehicles with the face recognition function of the access control system.
