 Yang nengpei, the newly hired chef of Asia 49, has spent more than 20 years in baking, Chinese food and Western food. The new menu includes appetizers, seafood, meat, curry, soup, rice noodles, vegetable food and dessert. There are eight categories and more than 40 choices, such as Singapore meat and bone tea with homemade fried dough sticks, Thai money shrimp cake, roasted Matsuzaka pig with Vietnamese lemon chili sauce, etc, Provide guests with a pleasant experience of drinking, dining and narration. Head chef Yang nengpei, 42, was born in Hunan and grew up in a family of Hunan cuisine. At the opening of Asia 49 in 2016, he applied for the position of assistant chef and got along with the then Malaysian Chinese chef Wu Weijie day and night to build a solid foundation. Before returning to the pot again, he served as the chef of Singapore Songfa meat and bone tea when it came to the Taiwan Exhibition store in 2019.
Chef Yang nengpei's new menu has the fragrance of Xingma Taiyue's delicacies, the mark of his cooking trip, and Malay Rendang beef, which has topped CNN's global food list for the second time, which has been cut and wrapped by the chef. Uphold the original intention of sincere and practical cooking without tricks, and create the most primitive and beautiful touch on the tip of the tongue with intoxicating good taste and a little flipped ingenious thinking!
