YZU, together with Ambassadors of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Eswatini promotes multiculturalism

Yuan Ze University's "Global Cultural Initiative" program has long cultivated the local places, optimized international education and successfully attracted international attentions from Embassies of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the kingdom of Eswatini. The H.E. Ambassador Andrea Clare Bowman of Sant Vincent and the Grenadines and H.E. Ambassador Thamie Dlamini of Kingdom of Eswatini, respectively, signed a memorandum of cooperation with project host Huang, Yulan in May 2022, promising to work together to cultivate multicultural literacy, promote national diplomatic opportunities and promote international education for Taiwanese students.
The H.E. Ambassador Andrea Clare Bowman of Sant Vincent and the Grenadines said that high-quality education is the cornerstone of national development. Before she came to Taiwan, she served as a school president for many years and deeply recognized the importance of promoting global culture and education. Children have a pair of eyes to see the world and embrace the world. The program team has spared no effort to optimize international education. The spirit is admirable. The embassy will fully assist in the promotion of the plan in the future.
On May 17, the H.E. Ambassador Thamie Dlamini of Kingdom of Eswatini lead a group including the Secretary General of the Embassy Ms. Zanele Bhembe to YZU and signed the memorandum of cooperation. Ambassador Dlamini believes that the Global Culture Initiative program is of great significance. It will not only take root in transnational culture and education, but also students from Eswatini can share the wonderful customs of the motherland and promote national diplomacy. After the ceremony, Dlamini also had a special discussion hour with Eswatini students in Yuan Ze University to care about their learning status during the epidemic and relieve their homesickness.
Huang, Yulan, the host of the program, mentioned that since its launch in 2018, "global cultural navigation" has been highly praised by all walks of life for its goal of improving international competitiveness and cultivating people's English ability. The signing of the memorandum of cooperation with the Embassy of Sant Vincent and the Grenadines and the Embassy of Kingdom of Eswatini is not only a milestone in the international cooperation of Yuan Ze University, but also the driving force for the university to promote the sustainability development of USR program in the future. We should let the world see Yuan Ze University's determination to implement social responsibility.
