March is supposed to be the season of recovery of all things, a season that can feel the breath of spring and embrace nature. This year, it has been blocked by new terms such as "home isolation", "home office", "factory stationed", "dynamic zeroing", etc., which block our expectations and yearning for the warm spring flowers.
With the development of the epidemic becoming more and more serious, in order to properly control the epidemic and block the transmission chain of the virus, the government has formulated the policy of "dynamic zeroing", and our factory has also been impacted and affected by the general environment. From March 15, "one shift resident factory" has been implemented, and from March 27, "two shifts resident factory" has been implemented, which is almost two months. During the stay in the factory, every employee is a "rebel". Maybe our strength is insignificant, but we all stick to our posts, work hard and have no regrets.
During this period, the factory went through the process of normal operation, shutdown and overhaul, resumption of vehicles... And we completed the task excellently under the remote control command of the department head and the on-site leadership of the section chief on duty. All the stops and starts were successful at one time, the products were quickly qualified, and no safety and environmental protection accidents occurred during the maintenance. Due to the lack of personnel, the operator is also responsible for the work of auxiliary workers, such as preparing oxalic acid and unloading. 25 kg oxalic acid bags need to be fed one package by one. This is a very physical work, and it is inevitable that there is dust in the process. The brothers who don't work in their hands all come to help, and no one cries bitterness. Instead, they compete with each other to carry more and who is powerful, full of laughter.
