        The "Pink Afternoon Tea" of the Far Eastern Group Shangri La in Tainan was designed by Xu Yuxin, the chef of the gold medal dessert. With the concept of women of different personalities, the "Pink Afternoon Tea" combines the natural ruby chocolate, white peach, strawberry and other pink elements into the afternoon tea, matches the "round" shape to respond to the theme of the activity, and adds the "Pink Ribbon" with unique ingenuity, so that the dessert exudes soft pink power. The dessert features are described as follows:

        The "Pink Gem Ball" is filled with the fourth kind of "Ruby Chocolate" in the world, Thai berry milk filling and strawberry raspberry jam. The outer layer is covered with strawberry crispy paste, and the almond salad biscuit background is used. The pink feathers are decorated to symbolize the leisurely elegance of women.

        The outer layer of the "Pink Sister Puff" is based on the puff skin, and the inner layer is filled with vanilla custard jam and Thai berry jam. The surface layer is covered with a pink mirror, which perfectly presents the girl's innocence.

        "Strawberry Tiramisu" stacks the fillings layer by layer in the cup, including strawberry jam, Tiramisu, finger biscuits, strawberry chocolate mousse. Finally, it is paved with fresh diced strawberries. The sour and sweet smell of coffee gives off a charming charm.
