Hand in hand with the brand for public welfare

        Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become a prominent business science in the 21st century, which deeply affects the competitiveness of enterprises. Far Eastern Group has actively played the role of corporate citizen for more than 70 years. Through various activities, it has continued to contribute to the society. Taking the factory in Vietnam as an example, it is not only a garment manufacturer, but also a practitioner of public welfare.

        Far Eastern Group New Clothing (Vietnam), after assisting the local Zheng Huaide Primary School to build a water purification tower in 2018, will hold a charity fundraising activity in 2019 to donate all kinds of learning materials, so that children can not only have clean water, but also learn happily. In addition, during the annual festival, they will also donate materials to poor farmers in rural areas, so that farmers can have a good New Year.

                In 2022, Lululemon Company proposed the "Vendor Here to Be" project, and the Far Eastern Group New Clothing (Vietnam) immediately sought for cooperation opportunities.

        In view of the fact that about 80% of schools in Vietnam have water supply and sanitation facilities, but many facilities are not fully put into use or in a state of disrepair. Among them, Bu Gia Map Primary School, which has more than 300 students, although the toilets are old and insufficient in number, the campus environment is good, which shows that the school management is careful. Therefore, the project team cooperates with XYT's non-profit foundation to build sanitary and safe toilets for the school. At the same time, through regular maintenance and health education plans, it further cultivates the health awareness of children.

        The project will be constructed in March 2022, completed in September of the same year, and will provide maintenance services for three years. The total cost is about USD14000, half of which will be borne by Far Eastern Group New Clothing (Vietnam) and half by Lululemon.

                For Far Eastern Group and lululemon, "take it from the society, use it to the society" is not only a slogan, a core concept, but also a long-term practical action. In the future, they will continue to invest in various public welfare, bringing more warmth to the society.

        Far Eastern Apparel (Vietnam) and PrAna hand in hand to send love and welcome the Mid Autumn Festival

        The Mid Autumn Festival has always been an important time for families to get together, children to play happily and eat sweets. In order to gather hundreds of thousands of employee families to share blessings and joy on the Mid Autumn Festival, Far Eastern Apparel (Vietnam), in particular, combined with the Fair Trade Certification (FTC) program funded by customer PrAna, a team composed of Far Eastern Apparel (Vietnam) employees and FTC Premium members worked together to plan the "Full Moon Festival" activity.

                The "Full Moon Festival", which was held on September 10, attracted about 3000 employees and more than 1500 family members. It not only creates a happy playground, but also enhances the unity and enthusiasm of employees, conveys their centripetal force and love for the company through the design of activities and games. Moreover, with the participation of families, families can better understand the working environment of employees and become the spiritual pillar of employees. Li Yuanzhen's participation and speech on behalf of the President brought the atmosphere of the event to the climax, encouraged the morale of all people, made the participants feel like a spring breeze, and the scene was filled with a happy atmosphere.

                It is undoubtedly the most meaningful outcome of this event that colleagues demonstrated their spirit of mutual support and effort in the event.
