On November 29, 2024, Big City Far Eastern Big City Shopping Malls stood out from over 200 entries from 19 countries with the three major goals of "Big Arts and Culture, Big Care, and Big Pregnancy", and won the "Enterprise and Culture" category of the 2024 IIA International Innovation Award, becoming the first enterprise in Taiwan's retail industry to receive this honor for three consecutive years. Recently, with five major policies including "promoting a safe and healthy workplace", "establishing an equal and respectful environment", "planning reasonable salaries and special benefits", "empowering employees with a sound training system", and "participating in public welfare and promoting employee prosperity", we have won the gold award for the "TTQS Talent Development Quality Management System" presented by the Ministry of Labor in 2024, and our operational management performance has been highly recognized.#
