Huang Niaru, a teacher from the Department of Information Communication at Yuan Ze University, integrated user experience into interface design courses and stood out from 3783 application projects. She was awarded the "110 Year Ministry of Education Teaching Practice Research Program" merit program, with only about 9% of project hosts receiving this honor. Teacher Huang Nairu stated that through case studies and software operations in the classroom, students can become familiar with the key points and methods of visual interface design. Through industry experts' sharing, suggestions, and user testing, they can continuously improve their work and make it perfect.
In addition, the current clean process used in the semiconductor industry to solve surface pollution in mature wafer processes is the wet process, which consumes a large amount of water resources and produces problems such as environmental pollution and harm to human health caused by chemical agents. Professor Zhong Guobin's team from the Department of Mechanical Engineering has developed advanced proton exchange membrane water electrolysis technology to produce low-carbon and high concentration ozone water, which has been innovatively applied in wafer cleaning processes. It is expected to accelerate the greening of semiconductor processes and win the embryonic project of the National Science and Technology Association's research and entrepreneurship plan.
In addition to being recognized for its teaching profession, the School of Management has for the first time formed a team to participate in the Young Fly Global Action Plan of the Ministry of Education Youth Development Agency. The "Eating is Seeking Fitness" team, guided by Professor Yu Tak Liu, focuses on preventing leftover food and reducing waste, and has also won the Best Action Excellence Award.
