Far Eastern Group Awarded Seven Awards for Foresight ESG

        The 19th Foresight ESG Enterprise Sustainability Award ceremony was held on May 3rd, and Far Eastern Group won 7 awards, ranking first in the entire Taiwan group. Among them, Far Eastern New Century Corporation was the only enterprise to win the double first awards for "Comprehensive Performance - Traditional Industries" and "Low Carbon Operations Group" this year, and Douglas Hsu personally represented the recipient and delivered a speech; Far EasTone Telecommunications has also received three awards, including the "Comprehensive Performance - Telecommunications and Information Communication Industry" Model Award, the "Low Carbon Operations Group" Model Award, and the "Social Innovation Group" First Prize; Asia Cement Corporation and FE SOGO Department stores respectively won the "Environmental Friendly Group" and "Public Welfare Promotion Group" Model Awards.

        Far Eastern New Century Corporation, a leader in the global recycling polyester industry, has been deeply involved in the recycling industry for more than 30 years. It reproduces waste PET bottles and textiles into high specification recycled products.         Far EasTone Telecommunication has invested in intelligent site selection of base stations. In addition to dynamically adjusting the frequency spectrum through algorithms, it has also used AI technology to collect operating parameters, and introduced cold air instead of cold air to achieve a 98.5% recovery rate of telecommunications waste. It has practiced the communication network environment of low carbon cycle with scientific and technological strength.
