FE SOGO Department stores Home Cuisine Finals 20 Chefs Challenge for Sustainable Taste

 The 4th FE SOGO Department stores Home Cuisine Competition has attracted 191 groups of participants from various industries, including chefs, catering students, and others, ranging in age from 12 to 80 years old. The finals will be held at the Taipei Revival Hall on September 9th, with 20 groups of folk experts not only competing in cooking, dish setting, presentation techniques, and story temperature, but also meeting the designated question "All Food Utilization", presenting the concepts of environmental protection and food conservation. The contestants used creative techniques such as using pumpkin shells as containers, cooking soup with vegetable and fruit skins, frying banana meat, or cooking sauce with banana skins to make the ingredients nutritious, healthy, and environmentally friendly, which amazed the judges.
