Far Eastern Department Stores Zhubei Branch BOT Case Awarded 21st Golden Award

        The 21st Golden Award Ceremony for Private Participation in Public Construction was held on December 1st. Far Eastern Department Stores Zhubei Branch was the company's first BOT project, creating the first local landmark building in Hsinchu County that combines modern parking, gold grade green buildings, and Hakka themed shopping malls. A comprehensive management plan was established to provide a comfortable and high-quality parking environment in the surrounding area. Over the past year of operation, the public service quality created has been highly recognized by all sectors. This time, it has been awarded the "Excellent Award", which was personally received by Nancy Hsu President.
