For example, a catering science student studying at Caf é on the 50th floor of Far Eastern Group Hotel in Shangri La, Taipei, learned about menu development, customer service concepts, and operational logistics policies. They were able to better experience the fast-paced and challenging nature of the catering industry on site, and learned how to cope with unexpected situations, adapt to high-pressure work environments, and the gap between classroom learning and practical operations. Students from the business management group go to malls such as Far Eastern Department Stores, FE SOGO Department Stores, A.Mart, and City'super to gain a deeper understanding of the operational models of the department store retail industry, participate in shelf display arrangements and customer service training, especially in consumer behavior in the high-end market. At the beginning, students generally lack confidence when facing customers and do not know how to respond. Through simulation training and practical work experience, they gradually learn how to communicate with customers and provide high-quality service.

        In the future, Yu Chang Technical Commercial Vocational High School will actively deepen its cooperation with Jixi, develop employment oriented internship and training plans, arrange expert lectures, and leverage the resources of Asia Eastern University of Science and Technology and Yuan Ze University for sharing and academic exchange, jointly develop professional courses that can be applied to the market, establish a cross regional talent cultivation system, enhance students' practical abilities, reduce learning and application gaps, and cultivate them to become top technical talents.
