Mexican tortillas originated from the Spanish word Burrito and are a traditional Mexican cuisine. They mainly mix minced meat, bean paste, cheese, and other foods with various flavored sauces (such as salsa, avocado, yogurt, etc.), place them on thin pancakes, and then roll up and wrap the crust tightly. They are very popular in Mexico and the Americas, and have been improved into various styles according to local customs. In the United States, tortillas usually contain rice, onions, lettuce, grated cheese, beans or bean paste, corn kernels, and other ingredients. The fillings are diverse and can be added to any food according to personal preference.
