Yuan Ze University's call for plastic reduction in response to World Earth Day

        In response to the theme of this year's Earth Day, "More plastic is better than less", the Yuan Ze University Sustainability Development and Social Responsibility Center held a "Plastic Reduction Lecture and Marine Waste DIY Experience" event to enhance teachers and students' understanding of plastic pollution and encourage participation in plastic reduction actions. The lecture on plastic reduction and love for the Earth was conducted by Li Renfu, a consultant from the Love Township Association, to discuss plastic pollution issues and propose plastic reduction strategies; The DIY experience event for marine waste invited Professor Lin Nian An from Lunghua University of Science and Technology to lead teachers and students in using recycled marine waste bottle caps to create dolphin keyrings, in order to understand the seriousness of the marine waste issue and learn how to transform waste creativity into practical items.
