Far Eastern Group AI and Digital Transformation Talent Cultivation Seminar Successfully Ends

        To explore how companies can cultivate talent in the face of the challenges of AI development and digital transformation, the Far Eastern Group Information Technology Committee, in collaboration with Far Eastern New Century Corporation, Yuan Ze University, and Asia Eastern University of Science and Technology, held a special seminar on "Talent Cultivation for AI and Digital Transformation in Far Eastern Group" on August 6th. The event was first opened by Humphrey Cheng President of Far Eastern New Century Corporation and Liao Qingrong, President of Yuan Ze University, who shared their current plans and achievements. Li Honghui, Senior Vice President of Far Eastern New Century Corporation Learning&Development Center, Professor Yu Zhiping of Yuan Ze University, and Zhang Junlin, Vice President of Asia Eastern University of Science and Technology, will give a keynote speech from the perspective of enterprise talent training institutions and academic units, including the development and application of generative AI, case sharing of Collaboration between industry and school, and talent strategy in the AI era. Finally, President Liao Qingrong of Yuan Ze University was invited to preside over the event, and Far Eastern Electronic Toll Collection President Zhang Yongchang and Ding&Ding Management Consultants jointly promoted it. President Liang Jinlin, President of Asia Eastern University of Science and Technology Huang Maoquan, Vice President Liu Longguang of Far Eastern International Bank, Vice President Ruan Lv Zhengxi of Nextlink, and other group leaders discussed the experiences and key strategies for talent cultivation of affiliated enterprises in the form of a symposium, providing reference for affiliated enterprise leaders in selecting, employing, nurturing, and retaining talents.
