Far EasTone Telecommunication collaborates with Far Eastern Memorial Hospital and Shin Kong Hospital to promote smart healthcare at the 2024 Taiwan Medical Technology Exhibition

        Far EasTone Telecommunications Far Eastern Memorial Hospital will participate in the 8th Taiwan Medical Technology Exhibition from December 5th to 8th, 2024, with the theme of "Technology Leading Medical Transformation and Empowering Healthy Taiwan". The exhibition will showcase digital transformation and medical innovation achievements such as telemedicine, cloud based HIS for primary clinics, and video clinics. In response to the government's vision of creating a "Healthy Taiwan" and the "Big Doctor Plan", the exhibition will use technology empowerment to promote public health, enhance medical capacity and sustainability development, and prepare for Taiwan's upcoming entry into an aging society.

        In addition, to promote carbon reduction in hospitals, Far EasTone Telecommunication 、 Taiwan's Microsoft and Shin Kong Hospital jointly announced the launch of the first "Medical Sustainable Cloud" in Taiwan. With Far EasTone Telecommunication's deep experience in Microsoft's sustainable cloud, the three parties will work together to accelerate Shin Kong Hospital's realization of a sustainable smart hospital. Far EasTone Telecommunication Chee Ching President 、 President Hou Shengmao, Vice President Hong Ziren, and President Wu Ziqiang of the Taiwan Microsoft Expert Technology Group all participated in the grand event at Shin Kong Hospital.
