        The amendment to the "Regulations on the Implementation of Commemorative Days and Festivals" was passed on May 3rd this year, restoring the national holidays of Chinese New Year's Eve, Teacher's Day, Liberation Day, and Constitutional Day, adding the original Labor Day, and deleting the provision for make-up classes. The overall number of vacation days has been increased by "4+1" days.         According to the latest regulations, Teacher's Day (9/28), Recovery Day (10/25), and Constitutional Day (12/25) will be added in the second half of 2025, and since the flexible holidays need to be supplemented, together with the original Mid-Autumn Festival and Double Tenth consecutive holidays, there will be four three-day holidays in the second half of 2025, which can be properly arranged by labor friends.

        In addition, based on the new regulation of "only compensatory leave without compensatory work", in 2026, except for the one-day New Year's Day holiday and the 9-day Lunar New Year holiday, there will be a total of eight 3-day or more consecutive holidays for other national holidays, with a total of 120 days of holiday days in the year, a new high in the past five years.
