Far Eastern Group celebrates its 30th anniversary

        On July 12, 2025, Far Eastern Group celebrated its 30th anniversary with Pet Far Eastern Malaysia (PFEM). All colleagues embrace the arrival of this day with anticipation.

                The anniversary celebration was held grandly at the Forest City Hotel in Iskandar, Johor. Starting from 11am, colleagues arrived at the venue one after another. The organizing committee thoughtfully set up three small games on site for easy interaction among everyone. Colleagues who successfully pass the level will receive a limited edition mascot for the 30th anniversary - the keychain and refrigerator sticker of the Baote Bottle Little Soldier. There is also a dedicated photo area on site for colleagues to take photos with colleagues from various departments or supervisors, leaving behind precious memories.

        At noon, under the introduction of the emcee, Far Eastern Group's 30th anniversary celebration of Boda (Ma) (PFEM) officially kicked off. Firstly, invite Senior Vice President Su Xuanxu to deliver a speech, followed by Senior Vice Presidents Luo Yiwen and Fan Qinzhi taking the stage one after another to express their recognition of their colleagues' past efforts and their earnest expectations for future development.

        In order to lead everyone to review the ups and downs that the company has gone through in the past 30 years, the organizing committee has specially arranged a sand painting performance of about 10 minutes, depicting in artistic form the company's journey from the early days of establishment, to the launch of SAP system, obtaining ISO 9001 certification, fully introducing solar panels, and striving towards sustainable environmental protection. The entire audience was immersed in it, with some eyes turning red and others nodding frequently, filled with emotions.

        Not only that, the organizing committee also pre recorded employee interview videos to allow more stories about Far Eastern to be seen. A production line employee who has served in the company for over 15 years, when asked about his "unforgettable experience during work," mentioned that many years ago, the production line was understaffed. In order to meet unexpected needs, he often rushed back to the factory in the middle of the night to provide support. Later, he even brought his own pillows and toiletries and stayed overnight at the company. The interviewed colleagues immersed in memories showed no signs of fatigue or bitterness, with smiles full of glory and pride, deeply inspiring everyone. The entire audience was filled with youthful enthusiasm and team cohesion.

        Entrepreneurship is difficult, but maintaining success is not easy. In recognition of the heroes who have silently worked in the company, the Long Service Award is specially presented at the celebration to encourage colleagues who have been in the industry for more than 10 years. This year, the number of award winners has reached 66, setting a new record in history, which proves that Far Eastern Group Baoda (Ma) has unique charm and can attract so many colleagues to stick to their posts and accompany them all the way.

                At the end of the event, all colleagues gathered on stage for a group photo. When the host shouted 'PFEM', everyone responded in unison with 'Empowering Possibilities!' and the atmosphere reached its climax with laughter and applause.

        The warm scene today is the result of the joint efforts and progress of all colleagues at Far Eastern Group Boda (Ma) over the past 30 years. The cohesion among colleagues, as well as the company's emphasis and expectations for employees, will become the driving force for our future struggles. 30 years is a glorious journey, but also a brand new starting point. Thank you to every colleague who has put in effort for the company. Let's continue to work hand in hand and write the next brilliant chapter for PFEM in the future!
