Nextlink, a subsidiary of Far EasTone Telecommunication, acquires 100% equity of Renova Cloud HK Limited to expand its ASEAN cloud presence

        Nextlink, a subsidiary of Far EasTone Telecommunication, has signed a 100% equity acquisition agreement with Renova Cloud HK Limited, a well-known cloud service technology company in Hong Kong. Through Renova Cloud, it has acquired its Vietnamese subsidiary, Viet Nam Renova Cloud Company Limited. It is expected to complete the full acquisition of Renova Cloud in stages starting from the fourth quarter of this year. This strategic investment not only showcases Far EasTone Telecommunication's forward-looking layout in the field of cloud technology, but also accelerates the deepening of the Southeast Asian market and expands the cloud service map in the ASEAN region.
