A presentation of the "Dubai Chocolate Series" dessert from Dubai to South Korea by Far Eastern Group Shangri La in Tainan
Tainan Far Eastern Group Shangri La / Bu Yiyun

With the dessert craze of "Dubai Chocolate" spreading from Europe and America to Asia, The Shop on the first floor of Shangri La, Far Eastern Group, Tainan, has announced that it will now offer daily limited edition "Classic Dubai Chocolate" and the Korean hit "Dujjonku Dubai Chocolate Q Cake", allowing consumers to taste two different styles of internationally popular desserts at once. Due to high product inquiries, it is recommended to book at least three days in advance by calling (06) 702-8856.The "Classic Dubai Chocolate" launched by Pinxiangfang is filled with rich chocolate wrapped around pistachios and blended with traditional Kataifi pastries from the Middle East, presenting a crispy exterior and rich layers of filling. The multi-layered flavor and rich nutty aroma are the key factors that have recently attracted high attention on social media platforms, with a single price of NTD 420. We will also release a hidden flavor of 'Honey Dubai Chocolate', priced at NTD 380 per piece (pre order required).
In addition to the classic Dubai chocolate, the "Dujjonku Dubai Chocolate Q Cake" from South Korea has also been a recent topic of discussion. Continuing the same pistachio and cardaif filling, the outer layer is replaced with a soft and chewy texture, creating a "Q on the outside, crispy on the inside" taste. Compared to the rich and thick chocolate version, Q cake has a lighter and less greasy taste, and is also a product with a higher repurchase rate, priced at NTD 190 per piece. In addition, the restaurant also offers strawberry flavored dishes, priced at NTD 220 per piece.
Since the launch of "Dubai Chocolate" on Christmas Day in 2025 and the introduction of the popular "Dujjonku Dubai Chocolate Q Cake" in early 2026, Pinxiangfang has observed a continuous increase in consumer attention to international dessert topics. In response to market trends, the team not only localized adjustments to flavor and taste, but also continues to monitor global dessert trends. In the future, they will introduce more innovative desserts that are synchronized with the global market to meet consumer expectations.
