I often feel physically and mentally exhausted as I constantly switch roles between work and family. In order to leave some room for myself, I choose to walk into the handmade soap classroom at the community college every Wednesday after work. There is no hurried rhythm here, only a slow process of heating, stirring, and waiting, coupled with the fragrance of natural essential oils permeating the classroom, which also relaxes the mood a lot. When I use my own hand made soap, it is surrounded by delicate foam and elegant fragrance. Two years ago, I came into contact with the world of crystals online. At first, I was attracted by its natural patterns and crystals. The beauty formed through years of refinement left me dazzled and deeply felt the wonder of nature. Afterwards, I began to study the reasons for the formation of each crystal and appreciate their different energy characteristics. As my collection grew, I also started making my own crystal bracelets. Whenever I play with crystals or beads, my mood is always peaceful and joyful. Therefore, when I feel tired or anxious, I will bring out a full collection of crystals, burn incense with holy wood thread, immerse myself in it, and enjoy this healing time. In daily life, there are numerous trivial matters that inevitably lead to low battery levels and physical and mental exhaustion. Physical fatigue can be relieved through timely rest, while mental distress often requires time to be soothed. For me, hiking is an effective way to recharge my energy. I shuttle through the mountains and feel the passing wind, smell the scent of plants and trees, and enjoy the beautiful scenery.  The colored pencil drawing class was a night course I started last year. At first, I just envied others for being able to draw, but one day I suddenly realized that I could too; I have been painting all the way until now, and I cannot help but fall in love with it. At first, I only painted still life, but gradually, I started to try landscape painting. The places that have been walked and stayed in my mind come to mind. Perhaps due to environmental and time constraints, I couldn't set foot on that land again, but through a stroke of one color in my hand, stacked layer by layer, it seemed like I had completed a gentle revisiting of the old land. However, a few weeks later, I found myself stopping. So, I asked AI to recommend a painting teacher near my home. Now, with professional guidance from teachers and AI as a learning aid, I can not only heal myself but also steadily improve my skills and vision on the path of drawing. Every day when I walk through the bathroom and see my own works hanging on the wall, an indescribable emotion always rises in my heart. In the process of painting, I regained focus, calmness, and the ability to get along with myself. This is my healing time. Engaged in educational administration work, due to the impact of declining birth rates, the busyness and pressure of work are no less than those of professionals in the industry. In order to relax my body and mind, I often do activities that can temporarily take a break from busyness, such as clearing weeds in potted plants, allowing them to grow and bear fruit according to natural laws; In leisure time, pack your bags with like-minded people, bring a monocular camera, and record the scenery of nature, the ecology of flora and fauna, as well as various festival features. My healing method is to water plants and remove dead leaves. Cleaning leaves with clean water piece by piece is like washing away the troubles and impurities in the heart, and the bright leaves are like a clean state of mind after washing. During the process, I didn't want anything, just focused on doing what was right in front of me, feeling calm and peaceful in my heart. Spending some time every day taking care of these green plants is also taking care of one's own soul, watching the leaves grow more lush and the small forest in one's heart become more abundant.
