Yuan Ding / Jian Jingzhou
The Ya Tung Department Store building is one of the important commercial landmarks in Taipei City. Faced with the aging of existing building equipment, increasing energy costs, and the global trend of net zero transformation, Yuan Ding regards "over 30 years of age" as the starting point for progress. By continuously improving central air conditioning, ice storage systems, lighting, elevators, and energy management equipment, and through intelligent management and equipment updates, energy efficiency is improved, demonstrating brand strength and business results. It has been recognized as an "Excellent Brand Benchmark Enterprise" at the 34th China Architecture Golden Stone Award.#
