Don’t Forget Why We Started and Move Forward Bravely— 2019 outdoor activities of OPTC (Shanghai) in Taizhou,Zhejiang Province

Under the tight arrangement, Oriental Petrochemical (Taiwan) (Shanghai) Company officially launched its two-day Outward Bound in Tiantai Mountain, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. It brought not only physical challenges, but also inspiration and invaluable spiritual wealth, which ignited everyone's passion to move forward.
After arriving at Tiantai Mountain, in order to activate the atmosphere on the spot, the coach divided all the people into four teams. According to the requirements of the coach, each team took the four letters Oriental Petrochemical (Taiwan) as its initials and formed four teams: the Asian Eagle Team, the Oriental Undefeated Team, the Leilei Team and the Huabutterfly Team. In the following activities, teams cooperate and compete with each other, testing the collaboration and output between teams.
When you enter the scenic spot, you first see a silvery brook named Yinxi, which shines in the sunshine. Up the stream, all the way to the mountains, ancient trees towering, strange peaks and rocks, flowers and plants pleasant to the eye. Crossing a hill to a pavilion, the coach of the first team, the Asian Eagles, began to announce the mission.
The first task is "Zhenlong chess game", which requires 13 cards to be arranged in order, covered on the opposite side, and one cards to be highlighted at intervals, so that the results displayed are exactly from A to K. After you understand the content of the task, each team member began to actively make suggestions. The first round was quickly completed by 1-6, but when it turned to 7, they met the nodes. They began to talk about each other. Some people hurried to stop and rethink in another way. Finally, they arranged the order step by step. When the coach announced that the task was completely right, the task was accomplished. All of us can't help cheering, and from this we can understand that we should communicate effectively when we encounter problems.
Keep going, turn around a bend, pick up the steps and come down, a curtain suddenly appears in front of you, because the stream rushes down from the cliff mouth like it flows out of the pot mouth and falls into the deep pool, named "Little Bronze Pot Falls". The water is green and clear. The shape of the cliffs on both sides is strange. It looks like two apes drinking each other. It has a special charm.
Turning mountains and waters, turning bridges, laughing and laughing all the way, until they came to a clearing, there was a rippling stream in front, and behind it there was a long viewing pavilion. At this time, the coach gave the second task "balloon bed", asking everyone to lift two people with a few balloons, body landing is successful. As the teams began to blow the balloons desperately and accumulated a lot of balloons, they began to discuss who went on the balloon. Some people recommend small, light-weight teammates, who are not pushed by the point, decisively cooperate with everyone, while others are constantly helping to fill balloons under their bodies. After the coach checked and announced that the task was accomplished, I also found that in the team, everyone has their own advantages, we must find a good position, give full play to their own advantages, in order to help the team to accomplish the task bravely.
Our fourth task is "Magic Brush Maliang". Everyone must use the rope in hand to control a brush and write "Oriental Petrochemical (Taiwan)". The most difficult part is what kind of force each person should use, in which direction, and how to cooperate with the direction and strength of others. Some groups choose to write directly first, then copy, while our group chooses to practice first and then write formally. At first, everyone's tacit understanding was insufficient, and their strokes were skewed. Later, someone issued a directive: "So-and-so you work hard to the right, everyone together!" Okay, let's go on... Stop, lift up now, write in another place, and continue... In the end, we successfully wrote the word "Oriental Petrochemical (Taiwan)". When the last stroke falls, everyone is full of a sense of achievement, because it is the result of the joint efforts of all. In order to achieve the goal of the team, we need someone to play a leadership spirit, establish a plan, clear division of labor, effective organization and coordination; and each member of the team should constantly adjust, adapt, and self-optimization, in order to submit a perfect answer.
Today's four tasks have been completed. Looking up, we can see the Shiliang Falls in front of the Dingbu Bridge. Pack up your outfits and go on. After the image of Xu Xiake, you can see a waterfall falling from the sky, a stone like a dragon across the two cliffs, beside which a yellow temple looms. Xu Xiake once lingered on the bridge and sighed, "Stop at the Xianraft Bridge, watch the Shiliang Wolong Bridge, fly over the waterfall and spray snow." Want to return. "We climbed onto the boulder in front of the waterfall and stood on it. The waterfall was like frost and snow. It was like thunder and thunder. A mist filled our hearts. For a moment, the feeling of grandeur cleansed our hearts.
The next day's activity was to appreciate the Yunjin Rhododendron at the top of Denghua. Our task was to collect useful garbage from the mountains and create a work about four feet square. Unfortunately, because of the weather, the flowering period of Yunjin Rhododendron is one week later than that of previous years. We have no chance to appreciate the Rhododendron in the mountains. However, as Su Dongpo said, "Don't listen to the sound of beating leaves through the forest, why don't you sing and walk slowly". Without the Rhododendron in the mountains, we can appreciate different kinds of flowers carefully. Several colleagues who loved flowers and I continued to walk in the mountains and forgot to return. They lost their way together. With the help of my teammates, I returned to the team smoothly. Unexpectedly, we had finished the task. The strange stones, the strange dead branches, three kinds of pine towers and several beautiful pine scales collected along the road were completely useless.
Although this is only a League building activity, at the end of the campaign, we all deeply realized that many things can not be accomplished solely by personal strength, and must be coordinated by teams. After all, a person can walk very fast, but a group of people can go very far, every concerted cooperation, every joy after success, every finish. The Frank sharing of the completed projects has brought us closer and closer, and made us more integrated into the Oriental Petrochemical (Taiwan) family. Outward bound activities ended in laughter and laughter. In the future, we will surely not forget our hearts and work hand in hand to create better performance!
