BigCity Builds the Public Welfare Space to Collect Love and Warmth

Since its opening, BigCity has been committed to public welfare. It has held Christmas wish card collection activities for 5 consecutive years. Through the heavy promotion, 100 wishes have been warmly echoed by customers this year. In the past five years, it has fulfilled the wishes and conveyed warmth to more than 500 disadvantaged children.
        
In addition, BigCity also cooperates with ICSW (International Council on Social Welfare) to create an elderly friendly public welfare space "Baby Boomers Club", by providing a high-quality spaces to help the elderly to know to more topics different from the past cognition, and help them develop a more diversified life style.
        
Not just that, BigCity has joined hands with ICSW to cooperate with Social Services Department of the Hsinchu government since July 2019, and they have launched a series of "Old School Fashion" courses every year, including board games, life theatre, e-learning, make-up and catwalk trainings. On December 20, the Old School Fashion night presentation was held, the elderly were on the catwalk by using the skills they have learned. This year, digital life storytelling has been added, photos of the elderly were used to form movie stories. From the old photos, the elderly can find the highlights of their life stories and connect with the local culture of Hsinchu to form a rainbow of life.
