Jiangxi Yadong Cement gets good reviews for reducing environmental impact through scientific mining.

        The mine starts from stripping topsoil, that is, scientific and reasonable planning is carried out based on the principle of respecting nature and moderate development. Firstly, the construction is carried out on the back of the mine which is invisible to the vision, and the mining is carried out according to the needs of the site, so as to avoid unnecessary damage and retain the original landform. The height of the mining platform is designed to be 12 meters, which not only meets the requirements of on-site production, but also is safe and reliable, killing two birds with one stone.

        Smooth blasting to keep rock stable

        When the mining platform reaches the final slope, the bench width shall be reserved in advance for smooth blasting design. According to the rock hardness and fracture development degree on site, the blasting holes shall be densely arranged with a spacing of about 1.5m. After the completion of blasting, the excavator is used to clean the material pile and the side slope pumice. After the cleaning, the final side slope rock wall is clean without dangerous rocks, and the hidden dangers such as collapse and landslide are completely eliminated, and about 80% of the blast hole residual rate is achieved, so as to ensure the stability of the final side slope rock.

        Jiangxi Yadong cement has achieved the remarkable achievement of zero accident in production safety in 24 years since its establishment in 1997 by planning of mining, implementing smooth blasting and other measures and has been praised and appreciated by the local emergency management department for many times.
