Far Eastern Memorial Hospital set up the maximum service capacity in the single day in Taiwan

        On July 8, Far Eastern Memorial Hospital mobilized all epidemic prevention teams to assist Taipei Huannan market to complete more than 3000 people's sampling and PCR operations. It also cooperated with the New Taipei municipal government to expand the vaccination. It helped 3000 people to get vaccinated in three floors of Far Eastern Memorial Hospital, and provided vaccination services, including four vaccination stations and vaccinations in companies and home, serving more than 10000 people in one day, creating the maximum service capacity in the single day in Taiwan!

        After receiving the screening task of Huannan market on July 6, Far Eastern Memorial Hospital began to plan, with Lin Ziyu, the medical secretary, as the commander, organizing a team of 55 medical staff. Commander Lin Ziyu said that on July 8, 20 lines of registration were planned for the inspection site. The team was divided into the registration group, the guidance group and the inspection group to make the line smooth and improve the efficiency of inspection. Once 500 samples were collected , they would be sent back to Far Eastern Memorial Hospital to complete the quarantine report on the same day. Mayor Ke Wenzhe and vice mayor Huang Shanshan of Taipei city also came to the scene. Wang Bisheng, deputy leader of the central epidemic control center, also wrote on Facebook to thank Far Eastern Memorial Hospital for undertaking the task and praised the on-site operation and efficiency. The chairman of Huannan market, who was concerned about the situation of the market stalls, also praised about the scene: "the line is very good, there is no congestion at all, and PCR screening is more accurate. We are all at ease."

        Far Eastern Memorial Hospital has continued to assist communities and enterprises in Taipei and New Taipei in screening and vaccination and has completed more than 43000 people’s screening and more than 46000 doses of vaccination.
