Under the epidemic situation, Far Eastern Department Store actively deployed various epidemic prevention, made good use of digital media to communicate with consumers in real time, integrated online and offline channels, and launched a "quick and convenient" outdoor pick-up station to create a new service model closely following customers' needs and stimulate new consumption momentum. In 2020, the business turnover of Far Eastern Department Store reached 47.8 billion yuan, an increase of 7.7%. Its performance once again reached a new historical peak and became a rare role model with excellent performance in the department store industry.
