Yuan Ze University students' rural areas service held iCulMo winter camp

        Professor Lin Chuqing, Section Chief and Director of the Department of Art and Design of Yuan Ze University, led the CKfablab team to participate in the annual public welfare program of art creation and rural area education. With the theme of "Imagine Culture Monster", he planned iCulMo creative teaching activities, and organized a five-day winter camp at Quchi National Primary School in New Taipei, Accompany the children of rural areas to make a unique interactive design teaching module.

        This course emphasizes the creative practice of "local culture x parent-child co-creation x digital implementation", encourages children to collect materials on campus, draw secret map, as the main element of creating iCulMo, and then learn to create the appearance of modules by laser cutting, 3D printing, CNC and other digital manufacturing methods, cooperate with program writing teaching, train logical thinking, and use institutional design package and sense module emotional perception package, Let children understand the concept of mechanism and circuit wiring, and create iCulMo with perceptual interaction function and sustainable evolution. Through the implementation of the plan, every child successfully completed the exclusive iCulMo, and college students also took this opportunity to apply what they learned and learn to communicate with children in both directions.
