3. After the publication of the manuscript, the property rights of the authorship belong to Far Eastern New Century Corporation, which issues this issue, and the contributors are not allowed to exercise the authorship personality rights. Without the written consent of this journal, it is not allowed to reprint or submit articles on its own.
4. Payment calculation standard: NTD 500 per "Far Easterner Lecture" (monthly theme solicitation), NTD 0.5 per word for Taiwan and NTD 0.8 per word for overseas manuscripts.
