Cross domain cooperation and teaching innovation under the USR action

        As a full-time assistant for the "University Social Responsibility Practice (USR) Program" at Asia Eastern University of Science and Technology, I have come to deeply understand that work is not just about completing tasks, but also a deep learning process about values and attitudes.

        The "University Social Responsibility Practice (USR) Program" is a highly practical workplace course, with the theme of "The Power of Silence. Technology Assisted Deaf Basketball: Enhancing Technological Learning and Competitiveness for Disadvantaged Students". Because most of the participating students belong to disadvantaged groups, I must learn how to convey goodwill in my profession through education, achieve the most satisfactory results under imperfect conditions, and maintain professional neutrality while caring for my children, providing them with equally rigorous and valuable education. Through repeated efforts and companionship, I have redefined my role and responsibilities, and gained a deeper understanding of the "professional spirit" and "joyful work".

        In addition, this job also provides me with the opportunity to engage with and learn about AI artificial intelligence, and to try to integrate my artistic expertise and creativity into instructional design. We introduce devices such as artificial intelligence robots and Internet of Things (IoT) smart cars to stimulate children's learning motivation and creativity, guide them to experience the possibilities of technological creation, and continue to explore more imaginative spaces.

        This is a gift I gave to my parents in heaven. I hope they can see my hard work and know that I can also create something of my own. "The words spoken softly by a student still remain deeply in my heart to this day. There are many unknown stories behind these children, which make me feel a sense of accomplishment instantly when I see their smiles or hear a "thank you" after every class.

                In the practical process of USR, I have come to realize that true respect and social feedback are not about giving alms, but about believing in their potential and their ability to meet the requirements. It is worth treating them with the most rigorous work attitude. This is precisely the purpose of my involvement in public welfare: to protect the happy light in the eyes of children.

        2026 is my second year in the USR program, and I will continue to deepen my actions from supporting disadvantaged education, technology assisted learning, to cross domain cooperation and local connectivity. Whether facing setbacks from students, limitations in the field of activities, or the integration of cross unit cooperation, it is a dual training of one's professional abilities and life attitude. I believe that 'happiness lies in work, living a meaningful life' is not just a slogan, but a daily practice that can be put into practice.
