Fishing and Pleasure: A Record of "Fishing Competition" by Hubei Yadong Cement

        November 11 is the annual Hand Cutting Festival and Singles'Day.         After several screening, the site of the event was finally selected as a fish pond by the Great Lake of Shuangliu Taojia. Backed by the vast Taojia Lake, the fish pond has a broad view and beautiful scenery. It enjoys the rare rural interest and rushes out on the highway to experience the convenience of modern life in an instant.
        
         At 9:00 a.m., Captain Liu finished counting the number of people and read out the purpose of the event, then announced the official start of the competition, and the atmosphere on the spot immediately became tense. However, it may be that the predecessors of the tournament were so busy that the fish did not see such a lively scene, and they were scared to hide, or the rainwater for days, which cooled the fish under the water, and they became reluctant to bite, only to see the fishing friends like a statue of Buddha standing at the water's edge, while the floating in the water was like a needle fixing the sea god, and the wind did not move. The cold autumn wind came from time to time, and fishermen could not help feeling a shiver.
        
         Although the fish situation is unsatisfactory, we still adhere to the perseverance of Oriental Petrochemical (Taiwan) people and stick to the pond. Until 10 o'clock, the sun finally showed a smiling face, the fish pond edge gradually warmed up, with the rise of temperature, fish are also active many, one after another fishermen fishing, the original dignified atmosphere, instantly lively.
        
         Suddenly, someone caught a big fish! The fisherman's rod was bent into a big bow, and his hands were so excited that he was afraid that the fish would break the line. The fisherman beside him was also excited and offered advice: "Don't panic, hold on!" "Slip a little longer and bow the pole!" "There are naughty fishermen, playful applause:" Pop! Broken rod! Ha-ha! Did you run? Finally, after several setbacks, the fish finally slipped over. The fisherman next to him was ready to copy the net, and with the help of Lisso, he picked up the fish. Everyone was so happy that they all came to congratulate him on catching a big fish.

        As the competition gradually reached its climax, the field also blossomed everywhere, and cheers rose and fell one after another. The so-called three-point fishing skills, seven-point bait. Zeng Fanlong, from the Quality Control Group, knows the nature of all kinds of materials, grinds and matches good materials for cement in the company to ensure the quality of cement. He can provide good bait for fish in the fish pond, so that the fish can bite more than once, and win the laurel with nearly 30 kg of fish. Li Xiaoqing of the manufacturing group, whose body is flowing with the blood of "down-to-earth, hard work and skillful work" of the manufacturing group, chooses the fishing point and then sticks to the pond, swings and fishes continuously, raises and pulls the rod when there is fish to eat, throws the rod to make nest when there is no fish to eat, and wins the second place successfully and bravely! Gu Shun of the harbour administration team, who has been accompanied by the Yangtze River for many years, has been accustomed to the turbulence and the ebb and flow of the tide. He knows the life habits of the fishermen very well. He has a unique view on choosing the fishing position. At first glance, he has taken shelter from the wind and sunshine, where there are more fishes. Unfortunately, this competition has won the third place with good results.
        
         However, not everyone is lucky enough to catch a fish. A newly-joined fisherman left the fishing position temporarily but forgot to fix the rod. As a result, the rod was dragged into the water by the fish and shouted excitedly to go into the water to catch the rod. Fortunately, the fishermen reminded him of the danger of water depth, and the water was so cold that he did not stop until he anxiously ran back and forth to the shore, praying that the fish would swim back with the rod. At the end of the race, he immediately boarded the boat moored at Tangjiao, ready to retrieve his beloved fishing rod. Unexpectedly, the lyrics "Let's swing the oars, the boat pushes the waves" were not so simple. The boat did not listen to the call at all, and kept turning in the water. Fortunately, there was no shortage of talents in the fishing club. Mao Sui, a rowing friend, recommended himself to help him row. The boat brought back the rod, but unfortunately the big fish had run early, which made him regret and became an interesting episode in the field.
        
         The competition ended in reluctance. At last, at the call of Captain Liu, the fishermen who had caught more fished shared the catch with the fishermen who had less. We all went back happily together. Through this activity, I believe everyone knows several colleagues who have worked together for many years but haven't exchanged with each other. When we meet next time, we will remember this fishing very kindly, and the purpose of this activity will be achieved.
