Follow ThanQ to experience the fun of planting the trees in Hsinchu SOGO tree planting trip.

        ThanQ club is a long-term children's Club operated by SOGO department store. On March 12, the Arbor Day, Hsinchu SOGO Department Store invited " Hsinchu Forest Management Office of Forest Service, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan" on holiday to plan a tree planting trip for members of ThanQ Club, leading children to learn about plants in Sanmin Park, a green belt around Hsinchu SOGO Department store.

        In the activity, children were not only allowed to know the forest scope and work responsibilities under the jurisdiction of the Forest Service, but also invited to be a small forest hunter for a day, looking for plants in the pictures, finding seeds on plants, and finally planting seedlings together in the square. Experts from the Forestry Bureau carefully taught them the skills of planting trees, selecting soil and watering. They hoped that the adults and children can successfully let the seedlings continue to grow. This activity also helped children understand the origin of Arbor Day and the importance of tree planting for ecological conservation.
