The S&P Global Sustainability Development Yearbook uses Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) scores as the selection criteria to recognize the top 15% leading companies in various industries that have performed the best in sustainability management. This year, a total of 59 industries and 848 companies were selected globally, among which only 12 companies were selected in the building materials industry. Asia Cement Corporation has been able to win three consecutive titles, demonstrating that it has reached the international top standard in sustainable governance.
The important reason why Asia Cement Corporation has been continuously selected is that the company has elevated sustainable governance to the decision-making level of the board of directors and implemented performance management systems to achieve the work goals of all colleagues, gradually integrating resource recycling and carbon reduction strategies into daily operational management. Far EasTone Telecommunication achieved 17 out of 23 evaluation criteria in the 2026 Sustainability Yearbook, making it the highest score in the global telecommunications industry and demonstrating its industry-leading sustainability capabilities. Douglas Hsu stated that this selection demonstrates Far EasTone Telecommunication's world-class sustainable competitiveness. In the face of rapidly changing international situations and market competition, the company will continue to deepen its AI application services and empower its employees, maintain innovation, and create longer-term value.
