        On June 3, FET and Tainan Municipal Government jointly published the achievements of intelligent roadside parking construction. The proportion of intelligent roadside parking in Tainan City has reached 62%, which is the highest in Taiwan. And FET once again demonstrated the strength of "big data + AI + IOT”, it set about 3000 "geomagnetic detectors" in Tainan. Drivers can check the parking space nearby through the official account of Line of FET "Parking GO ", which saves time and fuel wasted in search of parking space, and improves the convenience of life with technology.

        Zeng Shiyuan, executive vice president of FET enterprise and international business group, said that Tainan City has profound cultural deposits and historical sites. In recent years, tourism has continued to grow, and the demand for intelligent parking has become increasingly urgent due to the dense population and vehicles. It's a great honor to join hands with Tainan Municipal Government to improve the convenience of the city through science and technology, so that the public can not only master the parking information in real time, the parking management efficiency will also be improved, traffic congestion will be further alleviated, air pollution and other problems will be reduced.

        The 3000 "geomagnetic detectors" set by FET in Tainan are mainly distributed in Nanfang shopping center, hot commercial districts, Dadong night market and art museum, Chikan building, Confucius Temple, Tainan Grand Matsu Temple and other historical sites in the central and Western area of Tainan, food court on Guohua street, Baoan Road. And through NB-IoT technology, the state of vehicles in and out of a parking space detected can be sent to the host, and drivers can query the real-time parking space status with the official account of Line of FET "Parking GO " and the “parking in Tainan" app, which can not only enable the public to enjoy the convenience brought by technology, but also realize intelligent parking management, and effectively improve the imbalance between supply and demand in hot parking areas.

        To the goal of 100% intelligent roadside parking of Tainan Municipal government, FET strongly supports. Executive vice president, Zeng Shiyuan announced at the event site that FET will build 1000 more "geomagnetic detectors" to jointly improve the intelligent parking density with Tainan Municipal government.
