OIT won two awards in the National Students' Union Achievement Competition

The Oriental Institute of Technology Student Union participated in the "109 year college student union achievement competition and observation activity" organized by the Ministry of education, which included two awards, namely "excellent award" and "property outstanding award" of the University of science and technology group.
Due to the novel coronavirus epidemic, Ministry of Education Youth Department has been conducting a comprehensive online review in 109. Despite this, more than 50 college students' associations have held a grand celebration this year. The student union of the Oriental Institute of technology began to put its data into the cloud two years ago. Before entering the competition, student president Wu Yongqing led the cadres of the association and members of the student council to collect and collate the data from their personal winter vacation, and repeatedly reviewed all the data of the student union, so that the student union of our school made a great leap forward from last year's grade A to the top.
The student union of the Oriental Institute of technology has entered the 14th session. With the efforts of all previous years, it has complete administrative procedures and perfect supervision by the parliament. For example, budget and final accounts are examined and supervised by the parliament, funds are publicly used for credit investigation, and regular meetings are held to continuously adjust and improve each link of administrative operation. There are five departments under the student union, including the activity Department of the student union, the public relations department of the external window of the student union, the student rights department, the general affairs department of the property management of the student union, and the Secretary Department of the database of the student union. Over the years, the student union has devoted itself to the fight for the rights and interests of students and voiced their voice, and the consensus among students in the school has been gathered. This award is the greatest encouragement and affirmation for the student union.
