According to the provisions of the employment insurance law, a worker who meets the conditions for applying for unemployment benefits and is employed before the expiration of the period for claiming unemployment benefits, and has participated in employment insurance for more than three months (the seniority is not limited to the same institution), may apply to the labor insurance Bureau for "early employment subsidy" within 2 years from the date of eligibility. The standard of payment shall be 50% of the unemployment benefit that has not been claimed and paid in one time.

Therefore, when applying online, you will be required to type in the account information of the financial institution. If the insured has other factors and cannot remit the payment to the account of the financial institution or post office, please Fill in the paper application form and send it to the labor insurance bureau with relevant supporting documents. Q6: is online application faster than paper application?
