A lot of subsidies for parents to raise children

According to the Executive Yuan's "China's strategy plan for reducing the number of children (107-111)", both the central and local governments have put forward the relevant system of child care subsidy to create a friendly child care environment. In addition, other provisions on birth, child care and schooling are also mentioned. This paper summarizes five types of subsidies, two of which are applied at the time of birth, and the other three have different applicable periods according to the age to help parents master the information and get full!
1、 Maternity benefits
National insurance, labor insurance, agricultural insurance, public insurance and other social insurance have maternity benefits. It should be noted that labor insurance, agricultural insurance and public insurance have a waiting period of 280 days, but national insurance can apply as long as it produces during the period of participation.
Those aged 25 to 64 who do not take part in other social insurance may be the insured objects of the national insurance. Mothers who give birth during the period of the national insurance can receive a total of 36564 yuan of the national insurance maternity payment for two months (before December 17, 104, the producer, the maternity payment is one month), and those who have twins or more can be increased according to the number of births. In other words, twins can receive 73128 yuan, triplets can receive 109 yuan, 692 yuan, and so on.
Mothers who have given birth abroad are also eligible as long as they have given birth during the period of participating in the national insurance. However, when applying, they must prepare a copy of their mother's passport and the birth certificate issued abroad and its Chinese translation verified by the overseas unit. If they have registered their birth in China, the above-mentioned documents can be exempted.
In addition, the national insurance, labor insurance, agricultural insurance maternity benefits, according to the provisions of the law can only choose one claim, it is recommended to consider personal conditions to make the best choice.
2、 Maternity allowance / subsidy / reward
Different counties and cities have different conditions and years for applying for maternity allowance, and the amount of subsidy is also different. Some towns have additional subsidies. In addition, the application period in many counties and cities is within six months after the birth of a newborn. However, some counties, cities or towns require that the application should be made within 60 days or three months. More attention should be paid before the application.
3、 Child care allowance
The central government's new system of child care allowance has been launched in 2019. According to the comprehensive income tax rate, the status of low-income or low-income households, the amount of subsidy varies, provided that it meets the conditions of no government resettlement, no child care leave without pay allowance, no entrusted public or quasi public service.
Some county and municipal governments pay extra child care allowance or milk powder diaper allowance, and a few of them can apply together with child care leave without pay allowance. The relevant regulations can be found on the websites of all county and municipal governments.
4、 Nursery subsidy
The central government's new system of child care subsidy was launched in August 2018, and the subsidy period will be extended from 0-2 years old to 0-3 years old in January 2020. Parents whose comprehensive income tax rate is less than 20% can send their children to "public child care centers" and "public child care homes" with a monthly subsidy of 3000-7 yuan per person according to family economic conditions, For the third child or more, each child will be given an additional fee of $1000; for the quasi public private child care center and the quasi public babysitter, the monthly subsidy ranges from $6000 to $10000; for the third child or more, each child will be given an additional fee of $1000; if the child care center and the babysitter do not join the quasi public, no subsidy will be provided.
Some county and municipal governments have additional child care subsidies. Yunlin County has the only "grandparent child care subsidy" in China (for details, please refer to the website of Social Department of Yunlin County Government). It should be noted that the child care allowance, the central child care allowance and the child care allowance can only be chosen from the three and can not be repeated.
5、 Kindergarten Subsidy
For those who are 2-5 years old and studying in public kindergartens, non-profit kindergartens and quasi public kindergartens, they can get school subsidies; for those who are over 5 years old, they can get school subsidies from both public and private kindergartens.
