Far EasTone Telecommunications and Far Eastern Electronic Toll Collection won the 2022 chain industry Oscar

 The national store manager commendation and outstanding store manager selection contest, known as the "Taiwan chain industry Oscar", was unveiled on December 7. Far Eastone Telecommunications and Far Eastern Electronic Toll Collection performed well and won 25 awards! 17 store managers of Far EasTone Telecommunications passed the Excellent Store Manager Award, and 3 of them were awarded the "Outstanding Store Manager Award"; The Far Eastern Electronic Toll Collection also won eight awards, including one Outstanding Store Manager Award and five Excellent Store Manager Awards, and two "Excellent Service Quality Awards" symbolizing full marks of mystery customers.
In this year's competition, 43 well-known chain enterprises and 263 excellent store managers competed for the title of store leader, and a jury composed of experts and scholars in various fields conducted an all-round evaluation from the practical experience and service expertise of the participants. The sponsor, the Taiwan Chain and Franchise Association, pointed out that it was extremely difficult to win this election, especially in the past three years, facing the challenge of the epidemic situation, enterprises must demonstrate the resilience and vitality of digital transformation.
Far EasTone Telecommunications selected 17 service elites from all stores in Taiwan this year. All of them passed the selection and were awarded the "Excellent Store Manager Award". Among them, 3 store managers, including Chen Jingzhong (Zhongyou Direct Store in Taichung City), Li Enyu (Zuoying Huaxia Direct Store) and Huang Peiyun (Kaohsiung Linyuan Second Direct Store), won the "Outstanding Store Manager Award" for their outstanding achievements.
