 The results of the first "Taiwan Customer Service Center Evaluation" hosted by Commercial Times were announced. Far EasTone Telecommunications won the largest award in the leading industry and won the "Gold Award for Chain Telecommunications Channels". The "Taiwan Customer Service Center Evaluation" was commissioned by an external professional evaluation agency. This time, a total of 123 enterprises in nine types of business were evaluated. Far EasTone Telecommunications was unanimously recognized by the evaluation panel with "fully understanding customers and improving service design". In addition, in the "Excellent Customer Service Award", known as the "Golden Horse Award for Customer Service Industry", Far EasTone Telecommunications also won five major awards at one stroke, including: "Best Service Innovation Team", "Best Customer Service Telemarketing Team", "Best Customer Service System Technical Team", "Best Intelligent System Technical Team", "Best Customer Service Training Team", and 14 colleagues were confirmed by individual awards; Yuanxin won the "Best Customer Service Contracting Enterprise" award issued by GCCA (Greater China Customer Center Alliance) and TCCDA (Taiwan Contact Center Development Association (TCCDA).
