ETC Taiwan team showcases five major AI innovation services

        Far Eastern Electronic Toll Collection and its subsidiary Yuanchuang Intelligence have been collaborating with ETC Taiwan team partners to develop local solutions for a long time. This time, five innovative services will be showcased at the exhibition hall. Firstly, the "License Plate Recognition Solution" with a self built AI training engine can support license plate and vehicle recognition in multiple countries, and has been applied in Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, and India; Next is the "Smart Traffic Control System and Smart Highway Management Solution", which will be deployed on the newly built M6 and M81 highways in Thailand; The third option, the AIoT Expressway ETC Maintenance Decision Support System, integrates historical meteorological data with meteorological data collected by the AIoT Micro Meteorological Station.         Far Eastern Group Douglas Hsu and Far Eastern Electronic Toll Collection President Zhang Yongchang specially visited the venue to share with the audience the 20-year experience of operating Taiwan's highway electronic toll collection system, as well as how the ETC Taiwan team can jointly assist in the planning, construction, and operation of the new southbound country, providing a one-stop tailored ETC operation plan to overcome the pain points of highway congestion caused by fence based toll collection.
