Yuan Ze University and Catholic University of Indonesia establish an educational cooperation center in Atingaya

        Yuan Ze University has partnered with Jakarta Catholic University of Jakarta (AJCUI) to establish the "Yuan Ze University AJCUI Collaboration Center" (YZU X AJCUI Collaboration Center) to strengthen cooperation and exchanges between industry, government, and academia in various regions of Indonesia, enhance education quality and international competitiveness, and assist Indonesian students in developing their careers in the technology island. Principal Liao Qingrong, Principal AJCUI Yuda Turana, and other distinguished guests attended the opening ceremony.

        The two keynote speeches that followed introduced the development trends and cultures of Taiwan and Indonesia to the audience, and finally visited the cooperation center to learn about its responsibilities in expanding enrollment at Yuan Ze University, promoting exchanges between the two sides, international talent training for industry and academia, Yuan Ze University's Indonesian alumni association base, hosting Chinese language courses and lectures in popular fields, and other functions.

        Indonesia is the country with the second highest number of international students at Yuan Ze University. In the 112th academic year, the number of Indonesian degree and non degree students studying at Yuan Ze University increased by 53% compared to the previous year. Indonesia has selected government scholarships for education, culture, research, and the Ministry of Science and Technology to exchange with the university for three consecutive years. In the 113th academic year, the number of selected students has nearly doubled, indicating that the quality of education at Yuan Ze University has been recognized by the Indonesian government and students.
