 At the end of the year, the chill gradually intensifies, and the taste buds that crave warm food also awaken. The Chinese restaurant 'Zuiyue Building', located on the highest floor of Far Eastern Group Shangri La in Tainan and boasting panoramic views of the city, is launching a winter limited edition of 'Jiangnan Kitchen Fragrance Four Dishes' from now until December 31st. Using the four major techniques of Jiangnan cuisine, namely' heat, aroma, juice, and soup base ', it creates a series of warm and rich, seasonal feasts. For more details and reservations, please contact (06) 702-8856.The preferred appetizer is the "Jiangnan Zao Xiang Pig Hand Roll", which is made by simmering beer, flower carving wine, ginger, and various Chinese medicinal herbs into a rich aged brine. The pig feet are slowly stewed until the flavor is deep and transparent, with a chewy texture and overflowing gum, subverting the public's impression of cold dishes. The "Shanghai style rice cake braised yellow croaker" symbolizes a bountiful harvest and reunion, emphasizing the use of thick oil and red sauce. Carefully selected fresh yellow croaker is fried until golden brown, and then slowly cooked with a special sauce. The biggest highlight is the "homemade glutinous rice cake" cooked with fresh fish, which absorbs the delicious fish soup and sauce aroma. It is a classic dish for Jiangnan family banquets.
For the main dish, the "Huaiyang Stir fried Soft Dumpling Stewed Rice" with a strong pot flavor uses the back wall champion rice, paired with rich ingredients such as eel, fresh shrimp, and bamboo shoots, and stir fried quickly. It is topped with sauce and sauce, and each grain of rice is coated with a rich and fragrant aroma, with rich layers. Finally, the most gentle end of the winter table is the "ginger juice lotus root flour dumpling soup", which can drive away the cold and warm the heart.
