Far EasTone Telecommunication assists campuses and businesses in moving towards smart sustainability

        Far EasTone Telecommunication has partnered with Tzu Chi University and Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology to create a school affairs Q&A robot using generative AI technology. It provides real-time English Q&A and translation services for nearly 400 international students, including calendar, document preparation, tuition and scholarship, course selection, accommodation, transportation, bank account opening, and other information. In the future, it is expected to expand its application to other departments and units, providing more comprehensive services for teachers and students, increasing the efficiency of school operations and learning quality.

        On October 7th, under the promotion of the Industry Education and Incubation Center at Donghai University, Far EasTone Telecommunication advanced further to the Taichung City Industrial Zone and held a lecture on "Net Zero Intelligent Chain: Empowering Green Supply Chain with Generative AI". Professors from Donghai University, partners of Far EasTone Telecommunication Innovation Accelerator, and Far EasTone Telecommunication Expert Consultant group shared their insights to assist Chinese and Taiwanese companies in utilizing the latest digital tools such as generative AI to accelerate their digital net zero dual transformation.
