In the busy work and life, every time I come home, I just want to relax on the sofa and watch TV shows, coupled with unrestrained consumption of junk food, causing my body to deteriorate. As I am about to enter my thirties, I see that my physical strength is not as strong as before, so I have made up my mind to exercise at least 2-3 days a week, maintaining at least 1 hour each time.
