Far Eastern Department Stores in Hsinchu: Love for Public Welfare Continues

        On November 6, 2024, colleagues from Far Eastern Department Stores in Hsinchu transformed into log workers and went to Andre Food Bank to assist in packaging 102 food boxes, experiencing the power of "giving"; In addition, to support people with mental disabilities, from November 19th to December 2nd, we will work together with the Hsinchu City Intellectual Disability Welfare Association to hold the "Star Language Ceramics" exhibition. We invite young people to bring percussion music and ukulele performances at the opening ceremony, and there will be challenge games to add vitality to the scene. On November 23rd, we collaborated with the Father Du Hua Social Welfare Foundation in Hsinchu City to hold the 2024 RUN with Taiwan's "Love and Wisdom, Community Companionship" charity walk, calling on the public to join the ranks of dementia friendly individuals. We were awarded a thank-you letter by the foundation. In addition, to celebrate the 22nd anniversary of the store, special arrangements were made for the An Xingguo Small String Orchestra, Min Fuguo Small Dance Class, and Taipei Orphan Welfare Foundation to bring exciting performances, expand the level of social care, and present donuts to the public for joy.
