 Far EasTone Telecommunication has won seven consecutive awards for its excellent operational results since November 2024. On November 8th, 2024, Far EasTone Telecommunication won the "Best AI System Application Team" award at the CSEA Excellent Customer Service Awards, becoming the only company in the telecommunications industry to receive this award. It also won awards such as "Best AI Trainer" and "Best Customer Service Star", demonstrating Far EasTone Telecommunication's professional capabilities in AI technology and applications, and maintaining a leading position in the field of intelligent services and digital transformation in the telecommunications industry.
On November 19, 2024, attended the third "Taiwan Customer Service Center Evaluation" award ceremony and received the Silver Medal Award for Chain Telecom Channel Industry. It is the second diamond level green building under the company's umbrella and has obtained the highest level of green building dual certification for an existing factory building, making it the first of its kind in Taiwan's telecommunications industry.
