Far Eastern Apparel (Vietnam) collaborates with Nike to promote commuting safety projects

        In response to the initiative launched by the Vision Zero Fund of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and Nike in 2022, Far Eastern Apparel (Vietnam) collaborates with Nike to hold a workshop on "Commuting Safety" on December 13, 2024, aimed at reducing traffic accidents and injuries among employees in the clothing and footwear industries. The speaker introduced the inspection checklist jointly developed by Vision Zero Fund and Nike to each factory, providing specific guidance to ensure the safety of commuters, attracting 43 representatives from 29 local Nike factories to participate and work together to create a safer and healthier workplace environment.
