Far Eastern Memorial Hospital announces the launch of the "Surgical Medical Training Program" for the upgrade of disaster treatment

        Global disasters occur frequently, and in order to improve survival and recovery rates in large-scale disasters, The Ministry of Health and Welfare actively promotes the "Resilience National Medical Preparedness Program" and entrusts units such as the Taiwan Surgical Association to implement the "Surgical Physician Medical Resilience Training Program". On February 8th, the Taiwan Surgical Association held a press conference at Far Eastern Memorial Hospital to launch the "Medical Resilience Training Program for Surgical Physicians". This program brings together over a hundred experts and experienced medical staff from home and abroad to jointly develop educational training content, provide new teaching aids and instructional videos, and introduce virtual reality (VR) technology to inject innovative elements into Taiwan's medical education.
