Yuan Ze University establishes semiconductor research center, collaborates with industry and academia to create international semiconductor talents

        Faced with the rapid development of the global semiconductor industry and the demand for talent, Yuan Ze University announced that it will establish a top tier university level "Semiconductor Research Center" in the 114th academic year, focusing on fields such as third-generation semiconductor technology and composite semiconductor materials, and combining artificial intelligence (AI) applications with industry needs to create a comprehensive research and development and talent cultivation platform, injecting new momentum into Taiwan's semiconductor industry.

        Vice President Xu Zezhi of Yuan Ze University said that Yuan Ze University has established partnerships with leading semiconductor companies in Taiwan, such as TSMC, UMC, World Advanced, Xinquan Technology, Coretronic Corporation, Zhending Technology, Xinxing Electronics, ASE Technology Holding Co., Ltd. Group, and Jingshuo Technology, to jointly promote innovation and development in the semiconductor ecosystem. Through the above-mentioned cooperative relationships, the school can not only provide students with more opportunities for industry internships and research and development, but also enable teachers to use advanced equipment for research, deepening the connection between industry and academia.
