New Taipei's highly acclaimed Cantonese cuisine "Moon Pavilion" makes a grand appearance with a crab to celebrate autumn

 The autumn atmosphere is getting stronger, and the autumn light is just right. The Moon Pavilion's seasonal menu "One Crab Knows Autumn" will be available from now until November 30th. The chef will serve wild Wan Li crabs with a strong seafood flavor, as well as plump and fresh Sha Gong and red crabs. He will bring out a variety of dishes such as "Oil Tea Golden Sands Baked Sha Gong", "Crab Powder Meat Pie Steamed Red Crab", "Sichuan Crab Meat Crispy Wings", etc., showcasing the delicious taste of seasonal ingredients. The chef cleverly adds dishes based on the characteristics of the crab species, and offers different crab species to choose from in the same dish, making the autumn crab feast even more exciting. The dishes are introduced as follows:
Oil tea Jinsha Baked Sarongzuo Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle) (NTD 2980; you can also choose Flower Crab NTD 3580): The golden sand salted eggs and crabs with bright color and salty and fragrant mouth are mixed with oil tea/flour tea powder to make the flavor more layered. In addition, the chef has specially selected nearly one kilogram of giant fresh sand gong and nearly 500 grams of flower crab for foodies to choose from and enjoy. The smooth flour tea powder wraps the golden sand and penetrates into the crab body. The multiple aroma makes the crab more attractive. With the small Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle) dipped in the golden sand flour tea sauce at the bottom of the plate, the autumn flavor is full of flavor.
Steamed Red Crab with Crab Powder Meat Pie (NTD 1680; Alternatively, Flower Crab NTD 3580 can be chosen): Nearly 800 grams of large red crab, with delicious and sweet meat, and a plump and creamy yellow red paste; Chop the pork belly into minced meat, add mushrooms, horse hooves, and preserved vegetables, press it into a meat patty, and add more crab roe to enhance the flavor. This is a masterpiece of the sea land alliance, with crab roe fragrant and glutinous, crab meat plump and delicious, meat patties sweet and fresh with elastic teeth, and a faint vinegar aroma wafting away. It is extremely delicious.
Cream quinoa scallion flavored three-point crab (NTD 1280; red crab NTD 1680 can also be chosen): a tender, fresh, and sweet three-point crab with a thin shell that is easy to eat, exuding a creamy scallion fragrance and tempting the appetite. Paired with yam and the nutritious Taitung red quinoa, known as the ruby of grains, it not only satisfies the appetite but also provides health benefits.
Red Dew Wine Fragrance Drunken Red Crab (NTD 1680) or Flower Crab (NTD 2580): Moon Pavilion has launched the first "Mature Drunken Crab". The chef specially selects red crabs and flower crabs, cuts the crabs at the table, and adds a small cup of red dew wine for diners to consider whether to pour or not. Entering the drunken crab, the crab meat is smooth and tender, the crab roe is dense, and it interweaves with the wine brine to create a sweet, gorgeous, and long-lasting aftertaste.

Bashu Crab Meat Crispy Wings (NTD 580 per piece): This is an upgraded version of glutinous rice chicken wings, with an additional amount of crab powder, large pieces of blue crab meat, and Hokkaido crab paste added to the filling and stir fried, making it extremely delicious. The outer layer is crispy and slightly spicy, the middle is smooth, tender, salty and fresh chicken, and the inner layer is sticky rice with crab flavor, every bite is a pleasure.
